Price list of SWEP heat exchanger insulation

Prices of the most frequently used plate heat exchanger insulations. An EPP case is usually used. For temperatures above 110 °C a more expensive HVAC case has to be chosen. For large heat exchangers, the insulation is only available as PU 20 mm or PU 50 mm and we will price these on demand.

Insulation may not be available for all heat exchanger sizes. You can insulate larger heat exchangers by means of PIR-Alu panels used in construction. If there is a risk of condensation on the heat exchanger, then you can cover it with self-adhesive rubber insulation (e.g. Armaflex). This way you insulate the heat exchanger for a fraction of the price of the original insulation.
